This tall, lanky 34-year-old prides himself on the PERFECTION of his uniform, particularly THE RICH, HIGH GLOSS SHINE he manages to work into the black leather of his size 11D patrol boots. That shine is sooooo good, that his motor squad mates loan their boots to RITTER so he can produce the same results for them. (He doesn't charge for the service. He says he really "gets off" pulling on his brother officers' boots and wearing them while giving them his special BOOTCREAM treatment. WHAT A GUY!!)
