But thanks now to a U.S. Federal Court decission, we no longer have to post on this page a notice waving our constitutional rights by giving U.S. federal police agents blanket permission to invade our homes or places of business without a warrant and without notice to conduct fishing expeditions through our files to verify we are obeying complicated clerical requirments.
We no longer have to fear being imprisoned for 5 years and/or heavily fined due soley to errors in organizing clerical paper work.

Americans should note that the same policital crowd who attempted to use these complicated and burdensome clerical regulations AS A BACK DOOR WAY to chill and control your right to access images and ideas they want banned will probably attempt to sneak more unconsitiutional legislation into law by attaching it to totally unrelated legislation
so that their attacks on the FIRST AMENDMENT WILL NOT BE DEBATED.
